How to Change Dock Position?

First lets see how to change the dock position. Click on the Apple Icon, goto Dock and select the position where you wish to appear. Check the below screenshot,

• Position on Left
• Position on Bottom
• Position on Right

How to Hide Dock in Mac OS X?

This shortcut command will allow you to quickly hide or show the Mac OS X dock. By hiding dock you can get more workspace especially when working with Adobe Photoshop.

Command key ⌘+Option+d

Pressing it once will hide it, pressing it for a second time will show the dock again.
